Cleaning Quality

One question many potential clients ask us is "How do you manage the quality of the cleaning?" Maintaining a high standard of cleaning throughout the course of a contract is arguably the most important thing that any cleaning company needs to do. At KCS, we have invested considerable time over the years in developing our Quality Management System. It comprises the following principles: 1) Regular site inspections. We make sure we rotate the person who is inspecting so that it is not always the same person. We have found this "fresh set of eyes" approach to be very effective 2) Regular feedback to cleaners 3) A client communication log in which all communication is documented 4) Regular meetings with our clients - face to face 5) In addition to face to face meetings, contact via email and phone 6) Training - for the cleaners as well as supervisors and back office staff
